Gamescom-pelimessut alkoivat eilen Opening Night Live 2023 -show’n saattelemana.
Ohjelman juosi The Game Awards -gaalasta tuttu Geoff Keighley suorana Saksan Berliinistä.
Show’ssa esiteltiin tulevia syksyn jättipelejä trailereiden ja pelikuvavideoiden sekä kehittäjien mainospuheiden sävyttämänä.
Ohjelman keskeytti heti Starfield-pelin esittelyn aikana häirikkö, joka nousi lavalle ja halusi huutaa Keighleyn mikkiin, että haluaa nähdä Grand Theft Auto 6 -pelin julkistuksen. Mies saatettiin järkkäreiden toimesta kuitenkin nopeasti ulos salista. Keighley hoiti tilanteen kuin herrasmies:
