Uuden sukupolven pelikonsolit ovat olleet markkinoilla jo parisen vuotta, mutta uuden sukupolven pelejä ei olla vielä nähty.
Loppuvuodesta saadaankin ensimmäiset varta vasten uuden sukupolven peliteknologiaa hyödyntäviä nimikkeitä, joita ei enää julkaista vanhalle sukupolvelle lainkaan.
