24. vuotuisen Game Developers Choice Awards (GDCA) -kilpailun ehdokkaat on julkistettu.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom ja Baldur’s Gate 3 ovat molemmat ehdolla seitsemään palkintoon, kun taas Cocoon on ehdolla viiteen palkintoon.
Nämä kolme peliä kilpailevat himoitun Vuoden peli -palkinnon saajiksi Dave the Diverin, Dredgen ja Marvel’s Spider-Man 2:n ohella.
Yhteensä 16 viime vuonna julkaistua peliä on ehdolla yhdeksässä palkintokategoriassa.
Vertaispohjaisen palkintotapahtuman voittajat julkistetaan GDCA:n seremoniassa 20. maaliskuuta. Tapahtuma järjestetään Independent Games Festival Awardsin yhteydessä GDC 24 -tapahtumassa San Franciscon Moscone Convention Centerissä.
Yleisö voi myös äänestää vuoden suosikkipeliään kaikkien tämän vuoden 16 ehdokkaan joukosta Audience Award -äänestyksessä.
